I told you I'd write more

This past week was crazy hectic with lots of homework and a paper and some tests, but it's really dying down tonight. I just finished a lot of homework for tomorrow, and I had my last test for a while in partial differential equations earlier today, which I think went well. I got a 94 on my analysis test, but I don't think that the abstract algebra test I took the same day went as well. And I won't know until Thursday how well I did because the teacher is out of town for tomorrow's class (which will thus not be held).

Working at Blockbuster is really lots of fun, but the times of my shifts leaves me with barely any free time, especially since any time I get needs to go towards homework, which I actually have a lot of. And I never have weekends free to go out with anybody because weekends are by far the busiest times, and I'm thus always working on them. In conclusion to this seemingly unimportant mini-rant, I emailed the professor in charge of the math clinic, and I received a wonderful email in response telling me to definitely come talk to her tomorrow and that I'd be great for the clinic. So I'm really happy about that right now, since I can work during the school day and have basically all nights and weekends off! And the pay's supposedly really good, too!

Bumbles Bounce!

I have been really busy this last week (and will be the coming week also) writing a paper (due Tuesday), doing homework for three tests coming up this week (and one in two Mondays), and working at Blockbuster (one person has been very sick and one of the shift leaders is in California for the week).

I'll post again midweek after this crazy weekend is over and the week is at least mostly gone.

The Basics

So I realize that I have said nothing of the classes I'm taking this semester as of yet. Hence, without further ado, are my classes:

1) Partial Differential Equations - w/ AJ
2) English (about argument stuff) - w/ Nathalie
3) Analysis I
4) Advanced Discrete Math
5) Graduate Abstract Algebra I - w/ AJ

The graduate class was a hard decision whether to take or not, but I decided it best to take at least one in which I'm really interested to see how they differed from undergraduate classes. It moves at a much faster pace, but I also learn a lot more. And since I love the subject, it's fun.

I also have a Nintendo DS (Christmas present from Nathalie). It rocks. I suggest highly to anyone in getting one, especially because it's back-compatible with the GBA, and there are lots of those games.

Hola, Amigos y Amigas

Even though most of you who read this site hate the holiday (does anyone still read this site?), Happy Valentine's Day!

I have decided in the past few months that being offline and never posting makes me unhappy, so I'll post and be online now.
