Many GarcĂas

This week and next have been/will be busier than past/future weeks. I have had/have a few programs due and I have had a couple of tests/have a few tests coming up. However, I found time last night to try and cook steaks for the first time in my life, and I did not kill anyone; I didn't even make anyone sick.

Nathalie got her MacbookPro (new Intel Apple laptop) about a week ago, and I've also been playing around with that attempting to learn how to use it, though not as much as she has been, of course. It's a very pretty computer, but I think it's a bit too expensive. For what I can tell, I could put Linux on a much cheaper laptop and still get the same effect (though, regrettably, with much worse graphics) as what I'd really use on the Mac. In all honesty, though, I don't know much about it (nor Linux, for that matter) so I won't pass all my judgement yet.

I spent 10 minutes in Office Max today trying to figure out which mechanical pencils I wanted. It was a much harder decision than I had been anticipating on the drive there.

I'm tired.
